Lola has grown to become a very confident individual. I am a witness to her growth
trajectory through leadership skills, sense of purpose, empathy and good business sense
and have no doubt that this book will be an inspiration and motivation to not only the
females but males who aspire to succeed in their chosen career.

Roy Murray Bruce

Former President, Silverbird Group.

As a newbie in the profession, Lola no doubt exhibited her potentials to the fullest as
a reporter under my watch first as the News Editor and later the Group News Editor.
She stood out among her colleagues as the only one who could be relied upon and
who was ready to do anything reportorial.
Lola is humble, paid attention to details and one of the very few hard working staff I
enjoyed working with.

Sesan Laoye

Journalist . Ibadan

Lola’ s passion for helping the younger ones is one of the attributes I love in her .
She is a leader who gives others latitude and all they need to do the job.  She gives her team authority that goes with responsibility and due credit for a good job done.
A team player she is.  I’m glad to be associated with you Lola . Many more successes in Jesus name.  God bless you.

Oluwatosin Dokpesi

Managing Director AIT

Ever ready to use your network to give visibility to gender matters. You're a call away & even at odd hours, you make things happen & possible. Passionate and resolute in
developing and supporting women and girls.
If we all can be this intentional, Nigeria will be conducive for all.
Thank you Lola for showing there's dignity in hard work. Congratulations.

Toun Okewale Sonaiya

Managing Director Women Radio

I met this young beautiful, brave and brilliant lady. Her dedication to her work and
love for details was what endeared me to her.
Getting to know her more closely, I saw her as a loving and protective mother to her
son, a loving daughter to her mum (sadly we lost her), a responsible woman, a great
role model to younger women and most of all a prayer warrior.
Omolola Oladimeji , is a super woman to meet and work with.

Ebere Ifendu

President Women in Politics Forum

Omolola is the Zestful Face of Silverbird group that we know at the NBC. Her Charismatic
presence opens the door of even the most stern of the NBC Ogas.  Her honesty and sense of
duty makes you listen to her even if you do not agree with her message. I have Known Lola
for 10 over years and worked closely with for about 7. Inspite of her "Bullish" presence
she is humility Personified. Her interest in mentoring is visible in her pet projects; "Nigerian
Young Broadcasters Award" and ”Women in Media".
Lola is the Lady to watch... she is rising to the very top.
Congratulations on your book.
